T-Mobile SDA microphone issue

Hi,

i have SDA Eurotel/T-Mobile SDA and this is my problem:

if my phone is turned on for longer than cca half of a day, i have problem with calls, after cca 15 secs of call i am unhearable, i do hear other side, but they don't hear me. It happens on video recording too, after some seconds sound disappears and there's only video, no sound. Does anybody have this problem ? I tested the video on PC, but audio track is empty right there, where sound has disappeared, after 10-15 seconds, it's random, but sure.

Help please, how to do with this ?

i reportet in the SDA announcement topic, that there is "Mic-off"-bug on the german SDAs, many SDA useres reportet the bug in some german forums. i had the bug too on two devices, maybe you got the same bug. but i never mentioned the "mic-off" with video-recording, but i didnt often use that feature. The SDAmusic does not have such probs.

I have the same issue.

I once called my voicemail and put down my phone on the table during the call.. I saw my screen go nuts, the softkeys get activated without touching them. It's very weird and akward.. imagine having a fight with your g/f and your mic turns off ;)

It had to buy a bunch of flowers!!!

i returned phone to my reseller and they repaired it, they changed side panel with the Camera button and the key pad. so, do this, it's hardware bug, the service will fix this issue

i think you should wait some days befor you say the issue is fixed...

if your "some days" equals to two weeks, i'm now saying: IT'S FIXED.

hm, ok

but in my case, i noticed the bug after 3-4 weeks for first. t-mobile changed it to a new one. this had the bug after 1-2 weeks for first. than i changed to SDAmusic.

Well, mine went for repair, three days later (yesterday) I got a different phone back. Guess what, first call I make I hear: "Are you still there?"

GRRR

So the new one is having the same problem ;)
