T-Mobile MMS on C500 !?!?

Can anyone help me out? I'm just got a C500 and am using on T-Mobile, but just cannot get the MMS to send and receive, keeps saying verify network coverage. I've tried the Settings and the guide on Modaco step by step but it still doesn't work.

Anyone got a dummies guide / screenshots on how the T-Mob MMS settings shoud look?
