mini sd card, says full?

hi,

ive got a mini sd card in the c500, and its showning 481mb used?????

I cant see any data on the card either via the phone or via the computer.

Its 'seems' empty???

any ideas?

also i dont know how to format it, which might seem to be the answer

You need Binary's Task Manager to format the SD card, assuming you don't already have a USB card reader. It's a better alternative to the built-in version.

Get it from www.binarys.com

While you're there you may as well get their essential Smart Explorer, again a better alternative to that pre-installed.

I'm not an expert on storage media so won't try and give you an explanation for the 'hidden' files but know enough to recommend a reformat.
