When I receive a SMS while on the phone, LOUD TONE

When I receive a SMS while on the phone, get the LOUD TONE as if the phone is idle. The BEEP BEEP sound is really loud in my ear and very annoying.

This has got to be a bug - any fix for this?

Have a look under Settings/Profile/Edit. The very bottom option is system sound level, and I'm pretty sure it's this one that affects how loud notifications are when you're on the phone. Mine's set to one, what's your on?

Thanks for the reply, however, mine is actually set to "OFF"

alright mate here goes my first post. if you look in settings, then accessibity you should see an option marked in call alert volume bloody thing deafens you on a car kit thats how i found it. hope that fixes your eardrums mate.

I have the same problem on my MPx200 - the option is set to off, but doesn't seem to make a difference. I haven't managed to test it on the C500 yet.
