c500 replacement case (scratched)

First post, go easy. Sorry if its listed in the wrong area, seemed like the right choice.

Here we go. . . . .

I brought a spare phone, 2nd hand spv to my mot mpx200 and its got the odd dint and scratch. Is there anywhere that i can purchase a new cover? i've tried the almighty ebay but no hope.

your only other choice is go into an Orange shop and ask them if they have any old ex display models knocking araound in the back. Thats the only other way I can think of or get in touch with Moto and ask them

I think he thought you wanted a case for your moto (rola) mpx200.

As this is the typhoon forum (c500/Smt5600 etc) forum I'm asuming you have one of them.

If you're in Europe go to www.htc-Europe.com and they will replace your cace for a small fee (I think £15 + P&P)

If It's another phone or you're not ion Europe let us know.

the sites down at the moment, but in the morning i will give them a call. I am from UK and the phone was a c500 (sorry if i made this unclear - thought the title was obvious though.)

Do you have an idea of how long it takes for repair? and will they refurbish the whole lot as the camera button has some dints in.

{edited} oh, and what kind of cover protection should i get (have some dust in screen at the moment) krussel case's have been brought up alot.

Usually it takes about a week. At best, you can send it on Monday with next day delivery and get it back on Thursday or Friday.

If the phone is in warrany, chances are you won't pay for repairs.

Dust will come back after they clean it (it did on mine). No idea if the Krusell case helps, as I've never liked the idea to have an always-on case.
