I need to format my mpx220 but I dont want to have to put all the contacts on the sim card one by one. is there a program I can get that will copy all my contacts or put them all on my sim card or something like that so I can put them back on my phone after the format?

Why don't you just sync with Outlook before you format then sync again afterwards?

If you copy your contacts to your sim you will only get name and number, not all the other info in your Contacts.
