T-Mobile SDA Homescreen

I have just picked up a T-Mobile SDA on eBay. The original homescreen has been removed.

Is there somewhere I can download a new copy?

Just a guess here, but :

The first thing I would do when buying a second-hand phone is a hard reset.

I assume that the homescreen you're looking for will be part of the ROM and will reappear as part of the process.
