How do i 3 way?!

every time i try to 3 way i get a error...Operation failed ...am i doin it worng!?

i put da number in and hit talk...and Operation failed pops up...

Make sure the plan with your carrier supports 3-way calling. I'm on Cingular and it works fine. In the middle of a call dial another number. It puts the first caller on hold and then when the second caller answers you can then choose MENU and join the calls. Works pretty well with a delay that you have to get used to in comparison to a land-line 3-way call.
