Syncing my C500 using ActiveSync via Bluetooth

Don't suppose there are any instructions on how to do this on the web? Or if somebody could write something here that would be wicked!

Print it out and follow the instructions to the letter. I had no problem setting mine up using this guide and it has worked faultlessly ever since.
