Guest Swagger Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I own the C500. Is there a way of deleting all my contacts in one go, rather than one by one? I should mention that my contacts are stored on the phone's memory and not on the sim card. Thanks.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 It is possible, what you have to do is delete all the contacts in Outlook then sync the phone making sure the rules are replace on phone etc and your contacts will be gone. Once you do that then unplug the phone and in Outlook click on Edit\Undo Delete and your contacts in outlook will reappear :D
Guest Swagger Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 Thanks, but is there a way to do it directly on the phone itself?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 Nope unless you want to do a Hard Reset
Guest phila67 Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 Go to Accessories and Sim Manager. Then Menu and select all / Menu delete all and hey presto, they vanish Cheers Phil
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 That only deletes the contacts on the SIM and not those on the phone.
