Alarm PlugIn

I've downloaded a few homescreens with various alarm plugins and I'm curious how to edit those cab files to my liking...

On all of my homescreens that use that plugin, nowhere in the .xml file (specifically the within the plugin tag) do I find a way to change the format. There is no "mode" and I've tried adding mode="12" in various parts of the tag with no avail.

I've searched to the best of my ability with only finding ways of changing the time format only

My question is: Is there anyway to change the alarm time format within the alarm plugin (24-12 or H to h)?

Specifically:

From the artist - kl1wdr (Kleinweder)

Judging by the name of the CAB file, it is the alarmplug.ARM (which is from MoDaCo's very own, Richie M).
