t-mobile data packages - if any?

What is going on with tmobile data packages on reflex 200 12 month.

Cant find any info on a 4 mb (approx) size package. Not really much good to me unless i can get a bit of GPRS access bundled onto the line rental.

Read something about t-zones but that only seems to allow access to their portal of sites.
