download link for 1.7.13.0 rom

I have a qtek rom and want to upgrade to 1.8 but it wont let me. I thinking if I upgrade to 1.7 then i can upgrade to 1.8, the problem is I can't find any working links on this forum for 1.7 rom. Can someone please point me to the right way

anyone have links to 1.3, 1.5, or 1.6?

also anyone successfully upgraded from qtek to sap 1.8?

I read you can switch back and forth from sap 1.3.7.8 to qtek 1.50.9.1.

So I would appreciated if someone has a working link to 1.3 because i cant find that file.

Disaster!!!

I downgraded to sap 1.3 and it shows bl v.99 however it would not let me upgrade to sap 1.7 or sap 1.8. Im not sure why. maybe I need sap 1.5 or 1.6? If you have these files pm me, I really want to upgrade to 1.8. Right now Im installing I-mate to keep phone functionality....please if you have 1.5 or 1.6 pm me!
