Server Sync problem C500

I've set up server synchronisation with Exchange 2003 on my C500 (although I'm using the disable certchk to get around having to install new root certificate).

Everything seems to be working and the synchronisation runs. It says sychronising say 60 of 68 items etc. BUT after synchronisation, there's nothing in contacts, calender or inbox.

I can see my inbox folders on the device and choose which ones to synch. I can add a new contact, calendar appointment and send an e-mail from the device. I can do everythign, but see the items that were synchronised from my exchange mailbox in the first place!

Can anyone help?
