Guest jbrad Posted March 24, 2005 Report Posted March 24, 2005 As title, any mms piccys I receive on my C500 are very small (4 or 5kb), however If I send someone a picture message then they receive it at the correct size. I have tried my o2 contract sim in my P900 and then I can receive full size so I can't see this being a network or simcard problem. Been through the settings countless times but can't see anything that would help, am I missing something? TIA John.

Yeah there still small after saving them and viewing in album. I have received photos from GX30i, T630 and P900 at various sizes and all have same problem :D For instance if I send a 40kb picture from wife's T630 it arrives as a 4kb thumbnail :D

I would contact O2 CS and ask them how your MMS has been setup on the network. It might be idea to get it setup for a device like the XDAII or XDA mini (or similair). Also on the phone GPRS MMS settings, do you have the connection setup to use 'MMS connection' or 'Secure WAP connection' ? Try using the secure WAP connection if haven't already.
