whats an anti-leech?

erm ive just joined this site and am trying to download some new screens for my c500 but it says i cant have them as im comming from a link not from the site and im being stopped by an anti-leech.... can someone please tell me what im doing wrong??

You clicked on the "I Agree" button? Still you get the Anti Leech message? Have you tried temporarily disabling your firewall?

I have the same problem, have turned off the firewall for a short time but still get the same message as you did. Did you find out how to do it? Thanks.

hi

short answer: your isp is using a proxy cluster and it confuses the download script

long drunk answer: you isp has a transparent proxy cluster that changes every time you request a page, so when you request a download, your comming from 10.1.0.10 and by the time you have requested the download your request is comming from 10.1.0.50 and the server here is going "hmm, i didn't serve you the page, so bog off your not getting the download"

things to check are, if you have a proxy set in IE/firefox remove it and try again, or test it from another net conenction
