qtek 7070 rom question

hi there, i just bought a qtek 7070 from ebay, but i having a few problem. i just found out that the qtek hav installed a orange rom, coz when i boot up, the orange logo coming out, but i can't installed any softaware coz isn't digitaly sign, i was thinking of erase orange rom, installed qtek original rom, i hope that will fix the problem. i duno how to do it, u guys have any manual to refer to?

my rom description as below

version 3.0 build 13258

radio version 2.01.00

operator 1.6.1.10

microsoft 3.0.13258.0

any utility to unlock the application lock?
