I can connect to my phone with AS via BT and USB (and i can syncronize),

but whwn i try to browse my phone for putting files on it the screen stays

white (USB & BT - AS 3.7x & AS 3.8).

After a while a message appears that ...communication-??? can not be loaded

and i should try to restart/reconnect.

but still nothing is happening when i do that.

I've tried to restart my computer and reinstalled AS a couple of times.

But i can install/deinstall software via AS an send files via BT from my computer.

[question]

Is it possible when i buy me a mini-sd-card to put in in my computers card-reader and

load files directly on the card?

sorry for my english i'm german

thanx for your help.

hope that somebody can help me!

greetings

Your English is fine

Every once in a while I get the same problem. I've found that closing the browser menu and reopening solves it. Are you using the "Explore" button at the top of Active Sync or are you going in through My Computer/Windows Explorer?

Maybe try viewing "hidden" files. Don't know why it would be hidden, but it sure is worth a try. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure what the problem may be.

Upgrade to AS v3.8, see if that helps. Actually I seem to remember you need v3.7.1 at least for smartphones, could be wrong, but it doesn't ususally hurt to have the latest.

Thank you, but i've already tried this.

The "hidden-files"-think doesn't work and i have

tried AS 3.7 & 3.8

I've got no more idea what to do next...

hope so the sd-card works for me!
