editing contacts on c500

Hi all,

Just acquired the c500 and i`d like some help please. Its unlocked to o2 but when i list my contacts it shows a seperate entry for each of the phone numbers i have fro each person in my phonebook on sim card.

For ex

the wife home xxxxx-xxxxxx

the wife mob xxxxx xxxxxx

the wife work xxxxx-xxxxxx

And heres the question , how can i change it to list only one person with all numbers under one contact? is there a prog/util that i could use or is it that i have to edit all my entries by hand! which i`m not looking forward to!

You could try calling each of these numbers briefly then hanging up (just to get them displayed in the "Call History" Menu, then selecting each one and selecting save, then saving all numbers for "Wife" in one Contact. Seems long winded but I don't know of any programs that would do this for you.

Another option is to do the editing in Outlook on the PC instead of the phone.
