Possible to change shortcut from phone button?

Hi guys.

If I press the green phone button, it takes me to the list of my recent outbound calls. Is it possible to change this to be all recent calls list? (The same as the call history list)

quite often I want to return a call and it would be more convenient if the green phone shrtcut gave me access to the different list.
