Guest samoex Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 I bought a Mini SD card 512 mbs it works great to save music that I transfer from the computer to the phone. One problem is that when I switched the options so that the Camera/Camcorder save to the Storage Card, sometimes i'm not able to take a picture or record video because it says insufficient memory even through I have like 300 mb free on the storage card. I called Audiovox and they said I would have to send it in cause its a problem with the camera but I think its just a software problem, plus they said it would takes 2-3 weeks to fix and returned to me. Well if anyone can help it would be appreciated. When have the preferences set so that it records to the phone instead of the storage card it works ok, if I change it to the storage card sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but mostly it gives me the error message re: insufficient memory. thanks
Guest tudor Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Try to close all running applications using the Task Manager before recording video. See if it works like that.

Guest tudor Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 It will. You don't need to send the phone to Audiovox. Just kill the running programs everytime you record video. The message you get is abour the available RAM, not about the memory card.
