Inbox on PPC (Jam) works differently than Smartphn

Smartphone:

When I delete emails...

Then Send/Receive...

Emails are deleted on server.

Deleted items folder is cleaned out.

PPCPE:

When I delete emails...

Then Send/Receive...

Emails STAY on server.

Emails stay in deleted items folder.

PPCPE:

When I delete emails...

Then Empty my Deleted Items folder...

Then Send/Receive...

Emails are deleted on server.

WHY DONT THEY WORK IN THE SAME WAY!?

You have to change the settings, and it will. In Messaging (or Inbox, I don't know which OS JAM has), open Tools/Options/Storage, and change Empty deleted items: from Manually to On connect/disconnect. It will now work like the Smartphone Messaging. Or you can change it to Empty Immediately.

I guess this topic should have been in Help and Advice as I didnt know there was an option.

So, I guess having the option is certainly better thaneither one or the other. THIS PHONE RULES!!! :D
