SPV stuck on headset profile

Hi

Ive had my SPV for about 3 years been replaced twice.

its stuck on headset and isnt changing to any other profile.

ive tried wiping the IPSM but that doesn't work.

Plaease help.

Unfortunately this is a hardware fault. You can try and blow in the headphone socket or using a cocktailstick to poke around in the socket, but if you do manage to fix it try not to use the headphones again.

This problem can be a perminant.

Happened once to me too and has bin fine since. Like awarner said give it a good hard blow or two, or use a paper clip or something to try n flip the switch back.
