HELP! SMT5600 locking up at Window's Mobile screen

I can't get my phone to work after 2 weeks of owning it. It locks up at the Windows Mobile screen on startup. I started noticing problems after I installed the xbar 2.0.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Can I do a hard reset while phone is turned off? Thx

If you wait long enough (like overnight), it will eventually fix itself. This is very frustrating with the 5600, and I have had it happen to me many times with multiple phones.

If you are OK with losing all data, you can do a hard reset. With the phone off, hold down the left and right softkeys and then hit the power button. You will see a black screen with a reset option. Hit 0 (zero) to delete everything, or another key to skip out of the reset.
