uninstalling gprs monitor

hi all, anyone know how to uninstall the gprs monitor that comes with the tmobile mda compact. I installed it from the disk that came with the mda but it wont uninstall, check box is greyed out in activesync add/remove programs and if i try to uninstall on the mda it says file is currently in use , nothing to cose in task manager so it must be running as part of the os. If i delete the folder the mda refuses to boot up. Any ideas appart from a hard reset.

In Activesync, select the Add/Remove entry for the GPRS Monitor and click remove. Hopefully that works.

The tick box is only available if the prog was installed from the PC. It lets you untick the box, removing it from the PDA, while leaving it in the list so it can be reinstalled at a later date

Hi mate i had the same problem, what i found was if you go to file explorer and then go to windows then go to start up you will then see GPRS notify delete this and do a soft reset, after that go to remove programs uninstall GPRS moniter it should work then. :D
