replacement parts?

does anyone know where to puchase replacement parts for the audiovox smt5600

or the orange c500? i have a bad ear speaker that crackles(not loadspeaker)

and here in the u.s i have to send the phone back to audiovox who dont even make the phone and i have to pay a $75 charge and be without a phone for weeks!

i would rather fix it my self.
