Joystick issues with e200

Hey guys, I've been looking around these forums for a while now, I just haven't needed to register until now! I'm from Australia, and I own an i-mate smartphone2 / e200 / qtek 8080 etc. etc. and I got it off ebay. Now I've had it for about 6 months now, but the joystick (like I've so commonly read) decided to play up... Well, that was all fine and well, I could put up with it, but then it really didn't want to go right anymore, and instead would appear as a pressure press (I can't think of the term, y'know, when you press it in). Anyway, so I got a pair of plyers and decided to pull on it a little, and that ... sort of helped, and then I thought "maybe it's twisted a little, I'll just give it a little twist"... One little twist led to a big twist, and I have a feeling that I've really screwed things up. I just can't help it!

Anyway ... Since I don't have a warranty (ebay), I can't get it replaced (both ebay and I live in Australia), I may as well attempt to see what has actually happened inside the phone ... So, my question is... How the hell do I open up this thing! I've read around (msmobiles being one of my main sources), but I am yet to find something for this model phone! I am very very upset with this and quite disappointed in myself for being so darn persistant ... I love this phone ! I hope that someone is able to help me out :D If you like, you can email me at [email protected], otherwise I'll check this thread in about 12 hours time ... Thanks again to anyone who is able to help :D

EDIT: I just found a topic on here regarding my question :D For anyone else interested, http://www.modaco.com/Strip_your_E200_bare-t108335.html, you may as well lock this thread, sorry for any inconveniences!
