That's how it seems 'cause i have been trying to unlock my C500 (for the second time) and no result ,my imei it's not in their database though my phone reports registered. Anyone got a clue when it might b over ?

I've been having the same problem no Idea what is wrong witht he site not pleased 2 days into owning my C500 and i cant unlock it :oops:

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your full name, mobile phone number, e-mail and IMEI, specify that you've tried online and it didn't work, and they will send you an unlock application for your phone. The application is IMEI-specific, so, if you have a few phones, send them all your IMEIs. I've just received today my app from them and it works a treat. You'll never have to unlock it again online, you'll just choose the security level using this app on your phone.

I did that about 4 days ago and recieved no answer. I will try it again .Thx anyway.

It was the Easter break in UK this weekend, so yesterday was their first working day for this week, and I bet they've got hundreds of e-mails. Allow for a few more days and they'll reply.
