Guest MulvC500 Posted March 29, 2005 Report Posted March 29, 2005 hey all, this is my first post in these forums so apologies if this question is in the wrong section. basically, i own a C500 and i want to know the exact pixel count for wallpapers/homescreens, i just want to get a pc wallpaper onto my phone and want to know the best way to go about this, whether it is to re-size the pic then active sync across? if so i need to know the size it needs to be so it doesnt look pixelated or too small, i want it to fit perfectly without any gaps between it and the signal/battery bar thing at the top. im using a standard homescreen, no skin or anything. sorry for long post, and thanks for any help.
Guest influenz Posted March 29, 2005 Report Posted March 29, 2005 Yes, it would be best to resize the picture on the pc. The screen size is 176 x 220 pixels. The top 20 or so are likely to be covered by the bar at the top or show through the bar depending on your home screen. If you are using the orange default screen for example the top of the picture would be masked by the bar so u may want to create the picture with that in mind. The buttons at the bottom will also mask the bottom of the picture so really you could use 176x200 as the picture will be aligned to the top of the screen. ;-]
