Listening to mp3

I tried to look for this but couldn´t find it so I guess I´m the only one with this problem?? I got a C500 with Qteks rom in it. The thing is that many times when I listen to music it plays both from the headset and from the speaker on the phone. It often happens when I recieve a phonecall when i´m listening. The thing is that I don´t have a real headset so everytime it rings i unplug the headset and talking in the phone.

Any one know how to fix this? Kind of embarresing sometimes when i dont hear the speaker is on.
