Is there a way to make the PC dial smartphone?

Is there anyway for me to use say the autodial feature in my desktop Outlook to dial through the smartphone?

I have an smt5600, but I don't know if this is a device specific request -- I doubt it actually.

I'm not talking about making a dialup network connection, just talking about being able to autodial contacts from desktop and speak with them on cell.

Hopefully it's something that's available as it would be a nice little convenience.
