ARM refers to the processor type (on the device) rather than the file type, so you need to know what type it actually is.

Are you expecting music, video or something else ?

As for the file it will probably be a typo and is actually an AMR file.

The phones IA Album will play this file.

Depending on the phone you have it should just be called Album in your

program list.

As awarner said, you need to try and play the AMR file from the Multimedia Album, not the Windows Media program.

I had these files sent to me from a nokia and they just wont play i will try and convert them to ave files cos they work

My girlfriend often sends me MMS with a voice file attached, which is an AMR file.

I can't play these, even in the Album app.

Can anyone help? I have a C500.
