Customizin text input on WM 2003

Hi,

I'm going to write cz t9 for my Motorola. I spent hours by searching czech t9 ldb library for mpx200. I wasn't successful. So I will write it in eVc. So, does anybody know, what functions (and arguments, of course) does t9englishldb.dll exports? Or generally, what functions does t9ime.dll exports? Someone tried to write chneese symbols on my phone. How does the chineese localization work?

In order to write a new ime library I have to know all the functions and arguments exactly. Or does anybody have a better idea how to create czech dictionary for t9.
