Creating Network Connection between PC & SPV! HELP

hello to all....

i have recently got a class 1 bluetooth dongle, which has great range of 100m.

i will be getting a SPV E200 and i want to somehow via bluetooth network it up to my PC so i can chat on msn with the spv and browse net and download email..only in next room though.

i will greatly appreciate any help at all or links to sites that will help.
