Please help! problem with M2000!

Hi guys,

I bought a M2000 a few weeks ago - already had one replacement and I am having a problem with the new one as well!

Basically, when making a call, I sometimes get a dead speaker. the call goes through, the other party can hear me but I cant hear them. The problem is resolved by performing a soft reset.

Now as you can imagine, this can be infuriating, especially when your driving.

Does anyone know why this happening?

I have just had a second new M2000 delivered (it is now on it's 16 hour charge - lol) but I have no reason at all to believe that it will be any different to the last one.

This is a software fault and by no means the only problem with this obviously (at the moment anyway) inferior piece of equipment.
