Guest skippy78 Posted March 31, 2005 Report Posted March 31, 2005 Hello I cannot get the backlight on my c500 to turn off, it just wont time out. I've changed the settings to time out after 10 seconds, but it just aint happening. It looks like I'm going to have to do a hard reset, but that's going to be a pain so has anyone got any suggestions please?
Guest bluesmudge Posted March 31, 2005 Report Posted March 31, 2005 what even after the phone has been restarted? perhaps remove the battery for a few mins and reboot - unless any buttons are stuck in? try soft reset first - its so under rated.
