Connect phone to PC with ActiveSync.

Copy PIT to \Storage \My Documents \IA Caller ID Photos.

Should now show up as template.

Alternatively create a folder on your storage card called 'IA Caller ID Photos' and stick the file and all your photos in there.

Then in the Caller ID application, press Menu, options, General and change Storage Path to card.

Is the MPx220 supposed to have Caller ID at all ?

It might be called Photo Contacts or something similar.

Can you find anything like that in the Progams menu ? In the Accessories folder perhaps ?

What about trying this ?

Do you have standard templates to choose from ? Can you find them anywhere ?

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the MPx220 file / folder structure and what was originally called 'IA Caller ID' is now part of the manufacturer software.

The closest thing is an MMS template and maybe DRM under UAcontents. I'm so sorry for being so dumb but this phone has so much and I'm really clueless. I really appreciate your time
