install problems on C500

Hi there.

I'm hoping someone can tell me what I'm missing when trying to install to my C500 using ActiveSync. When I try use Add/remove programs I get:

"Error copying file. Cannot copy to destination file. Make sure the disk on the mobile device is not full or write protected and that all setup programs on the device are completed."

The disk is not full or write protected, but what does it mean about set-up programs?

I've tried this with lots of programs with the same result. Installing using .cab files works fine though.

Welcome to the site :D

Check your firewall is not causing problems and the write protect switch is not on. Also is this only when trying to save to storage card or on the phone as well.

Another thing to do is to reboot your phone first as there may be other apps cloging the memory up in th background.
