Program Deleting Help

start/settings/remove programs doesnt work for me but i also tried the active sync remove program and it still wont do a thing..... is the only thing i can do is hard reset?? and i dont even know how to do it. any advice would help thanks

What are you trying to delete and what happens when you do?

well i downloaded like dr blow plugins and oxios, a rj thing ummm some other homescreen plugins and when i try to remove from phone it says i cant... when i try to remove froma ctive sync as i click remove it just closes the add/remove screen. im trying to remove cause i cant get them to work right and my phone has some things not working right...

Select a homescreen that dows not use the plugins then reboot the phone. Now try and uninstall the plugins again.

Apart from that then a hard reset may be the only option.
