Orange Plug in

HI, Can anyone help with a problem that has suddenly appeared on my C500. I edited the xml file for the home screen(which i had previoulsy done a few weeks without problems), i was changing one of the urls in the xml file, saved the file and the homescreen plug in has dissapeared. In case i did something wrong i decided to use a back up of the file that had worked before, but still no homescreen plug in, finally i decided to set the homescreen to the orginal one that comes with the phone and to my suprise once again no home screen plug in (even after phone has been rebooted). I really dont want to hard reset the phone so have any of you guys out there , any idea what might have happened and how can i get it back? Thanks in advance Paul
