spv boot problem

i installed some software on my phone.

my phone switched off strait away

now the orange logo comes on and then windows mobile and

that loops around that (orange logo, windows mobile and on)

any idea?

the phone will not conect to pc so no way or reseting and the phone will not load so no good there?

Hi Dave

It sounds like you need to hard reset the phone. You probably just ran out of internal flash memory during your program installation.

Note: The C500 takes a looooong time to boot up first time after a hard reset so be patient and dont be tempted to pull the battery during the process :D
