If you haven't yet done so, you will need to setup the GPRS settings for tmobile. You can find them on this site, they need to go into the settings, data connections section of the phone. Most possibly this was set up automatically on your last network - you may also be able to do this through t-mobile, if they offer the service and the phone in your area.

Make sure you use proxy port 8080 if using the WAP APN.
