HELP!

problem no.

1) how do i change or upgrade my build version? the cell im using is imate sp3.it is actually used for the display purposes in shops. i manged to get it for a cheap price. so it shows "not for sale" on the screen during start up.

2) my cell is not able to send via bluetooth or infra red ,but i can receive using both. there is no sending option for bluetooth and when i use the infra it searches for the mobile and as soon as it findes it goes back to the system managment page.

3)how do i convert mp4 to mpeg or avi .... so i can view it on my pc.

Bluetooth transfer is done via Send via Infrared. On the next screen two items will appear on screen: IR and Searching. The latter is Bluetooth. If you have trouble getting it to work, try Smart Explorer.
