i've just received my sda music, which is btw a great phone!

the probmlem is, that when i'm sending a sms with more than 60 letters, it devides the message in two or more messages.

Can't i set somewhere the real lenght of a sms, which is 160?

Go into Messaging, Text Messages, press Menu, Options, Sending and put a tick in the 'Use Unicode etc' box.

Put a tick in, or uncheck the unicode box??? :?:

Re-reading conflagrare's post, your interpretation is the correct one.

What is the exact wording for the option on the MPx220 ?

On the C500 it is "Use Unicode when necessary" so even if I have a tick in there it doesn't mean that the phone is using it.

Anyway, rsca got his texting sorted :?:
