Rom update for SPV E200 HELP!

the rom update for SPV E200 in the following link, http://web.orange.co.uk/assets/sw/RUU_v2.6....7.1.1_Ship.exe when downloded and installed says corrupt archive. can any one help me find the proper update file.

That is the proper ROM upgrade.

Yes, I got the full 15.4 MB, i downloaded and tried more that 10 times, i also asked my friends to try it but the result is same ,when run, it says " contents of the file cannot be unpacked. the executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Plese obtain another copy of this file, verify its integrity and try again. "

When unlockers for e200 just appears i change windows with RUU_v2.63_OrangeFR_2.7.2.2_Ship.exe, now i cant put normai english windows to my e200, what i need to do?
