Strange issue with backlight activated

As the title says i got this new issue from 2/3 days already.

It happened i left the phone open on my desk, i had mute on.

I took the phone, unmuted it but the icon still remained on the top bar, although i could hear sound now.

I muted again and unmuted, the icon disappeared, but a strange low buzz occurs now when the backlight is on.

I gave it a hard reset but without any result.

Pretty please anyone got any ideas?

Normally when the backlight starts buzzing it normally indicates that it is about to fail. This unfortunately appears to be a hardware fault.
