TomTom GPS Device not found

I have some problem with TOmTom and a GPS Roylatek rbt-1000

I mede de paring with phone, renaming it "TomTom Wireless GPS".... When I start tomtom.... in gps configuration i read "No GPS Device" ... when i close application.... gps device is deleted from aviable blutooth devises..

Can someone help me?
