When you make phone calls, do you have to use a hands free kit or can you hold it up to your head like a normal phone. The pics show a big speaker on the front but I couldn't see a hole for the mic.

you can hold it up to your ear, but it looks rather unsightly. Id recommend getting a decent bt headset
