SD card wipeout

Dont know if anyone else has had this problem but its happend to me once before where it cleared the whole sd on its own and its just happend again today but this time only half the SD was wiped (good job i had a backup).

Does anyone know what this problem could be ,i had pocket mechanic running but uninstalled after the first eipe thinking it was that but it couldent of been with it happening again,Do you think it could be a software problem or hardware problem being the SD to fault.Im using a Jam with the latest rom and have a 1gig lexar card,Does anyone else have this card and have a problem with it .

I have a 1Gb lexar and 1gb sandisk and neither have that problem (touchwood). I have heard of it happening before, and I think it was a faulty card in those cases. Try exchanging your card for a new one and see if it is better.

What lexar is it? is it some special highspeed card, or standard? Mine is standard.
