startup - manager

I've several apps that I'm frequently using and I want that this apps are imediately loaded by the startup of the phone.

Is there an application where I can manage this??

I'v smartphone 2002 on my MXp200.

useing windows explorer put a shortcut to the applications in ipsm/windows/startmenu

Umm actually it's IPSM\windows\startup

cheerios
